What do yall think of Rondo? Im asking this because this has to be his most dominate performance of the year for him. I'm also disappointed because of Pauls early foul trouble because i wanted to see a 1-4 Matchup between Rondo and the Probable League MVP

I had a feeling that Paul would have a little trouble with Rondo, but I think the ticky-tack fouls he was picking him up got to him more than anything else. Byron did a good job preserving him (and got a great performance from Pargo) until the end, and Paul did what he does in the 4th quarter.

Yeah i knew when Paul hit that Fade-Away shot in the Corner i knew he was gonna pretty much make the plays the Hornets needed to win. But most suprising of all was Bonzi Wells. 8 Steals? Not bad.

I still can't believe we blew that freakin lead! But you guys earned this game.

Good luck, I think you're one of the favorites to reach the finals.

We got pretty lucky, the bench caught fire when Boston started getting lethargic, glad we pulled that out though, not that it will make anyone take us serious... but yea.

Congrats on the win. You've got a great team. I'd love to see you or the Rockets grab the top spot in the West.

Easily the best win in New Orleans Hornets history.

Hornets/Nuggets would be an awesome playoff series. Unbelievable that its a possible 1 and 8 matchup.

Best win might be pushing it, but it was the biggest crowd ever to see a basketball game in NO history I think.

(or maybe the biggest crowd to see a game in NO Arena)

I don't know how many of you were watching the Boston broadcast on NBALP, but I must comment on a couple things.

Early in the game, that schlep color commentator made a comment about Pargo after he turned the ball over; something to the effect "kids watching at home, Pargo is NOT how you play basketball. Don't watch Pargo."

Pargo 1
Homer 0

Later, when they were getting particularly sure of themselves, they started badmouthing the Hornets offense and that all it was was "Chris Paul dribbling around until 5 seconds are left on the shot clock, pass to David West, shoot."

Aside from the fact that the Celtics had seemingly no answer for the abovementioned "play," I think there is a bit more depth to their offense than that.

Hornets 1
Homers 0

Me and my girlfriend were watching the game, and as the Hornets were closing it out, we noticed that the Celtics announcers had gotten awfully quiet with their critique of the Hornets and their respective players.

Boston announcers >>> Portland announcers

(on the aggravation scale)
