Why doesn't gentry trust terrence Jones?

When Jones gets starters min, he usually produces. His min played are so inconsistent, tho. What gives? Are pelicans fans as frustrated with him not getting consistent min as I am as an outsider looking in?

same here, I thought jones had a future here...very confused. he looked real good when AD was out. does he have off court problems or something?
