You guys should have pushed for Collison instead of Casspi, imo. Despite being traded a couple of times, Collison is still a real solid player and there isn't a huge (if at all) gap between him and Holiday. Collison is a better shooter and plays more of an efficient style of basketball.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I really like Collison for the Kings -- but I'm looking at things through the Pelican's point of view. Supposedly, the "better deal" that was taken off the table (2 days prior before the Kings pulled the Cousins trade) was from the Pelicans themselves. They had an additional 1st round pick included to the offer -- maybe if the Kings put Collison in there instead of Casspi, the Pelicans wouldn't have taken away the pick or at the very least -- added additional protection to the pick.
