1. Trade S Hill and E Moore even if a #1 has to be attached while taking back all expiring contracts.
2. Renounce all free agent holds while cutting Okafor and his non guaranteed deal.
3. This will result in $36,780,352 in cap room while accounting for 7 incomplete roster hits of $897,158 each.
4. this leaves just 5 players- Davis, Randle, Holiday, Jackson and K Williams (Jackson and Williams can be cut with no penalty - their salaries are the minimum)
5. Now focus on Kawhi Leonard. Obviously there will be stiff competition from the Clippers, Lakers, Raptors and even 76ers if they don't want to commit to Jimmy Butler for 4+ years.
6. if Kawhi goes elsewhere, turn attention to (in order)--- Kyrie Irving, Jimmy Butler, Tobias Harris, Kemba Walker
7. if you can't get Kawhi, Kyrie, Butler, Harris or Walker, you trade Davis to Boston. I like their talent more than the Lakers unless they're willing to include Kuzma, Hart and Ingram.
