Tyson Chandler bobblehead night!

First 10k fans receive one (probably the teal one), 100 lucky fans will receive a limited edition one with him in the gold jersey.

Tyson's bobbleheads look kind of dark in your pic. Those bobbleheads never really look like the actual player but Tysons' kind of looks like him.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. The pic I posted was from the newsletter, and when I first saw it I was like "hmmm, face isn't bad but skin's a bit dark..."

I guess we'd be amiss if we didn't mention that Charlotte has been playing well of late, only 5-5 in their last 10, but with impressive wins over the likes of Boston, Denver, and Orlando.

Yeah, we gotta watchout for those guys. Hornets are going to have to start out focused and remain focused throughout.

Bobcats have been much improved since the Nazr trade, hes putting up great numbers there. Although lately they've been starting a smaller lineup with Wallace and Richardson @ the 3 and 4.

Wallace/Okafor Vs DX could be a real headache for DX.

CP3 needs to own these guys, their weakness is PG and our strength is CP3, count on him having a 30+ point game.

Hornets will pull out the win, too much to play for right now in a super tight race for Western Conference supremecy.

West is going to have to deal with both of them? Where will Tyson be while they're giving West a headache?

I think West will be alright if Wallace is guarding him, and if Okafor is guarding him Tyson should be able to feast on the glass.

Oh yeah, and with the Lakers and Spurs losses last night, the Hornets are just 1/2 game back of the #1 seed in the West. :o

A win tonight and they'll be tied.

NEW ORLEANS - JANUARY 17: Chris Paul, Adam Haluska and Julian Wright of the New Orleans Hornets donate 100 tickets for the 2008 NBA All-Star Jam Session to local children from the Recovery School District as part of the NBA Care program on January 17, 2008 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I like this picture too, captures CP3 pretty well. Mo might be the veteran, but Paul is still the leader. :)

Some of the trades involving NO on the trade board are just :nonono:

as if they craft these completely poop trades because they know so few people are going to come to NO's defense.

New Orleans receives: Hedo, Redick, 2nd round pick
New Orleans trades: Butler, Julian, Hilton, Vinicius

How can someone (with a straight face) tell me this is a good deal? I just don't get it.

I rarely ever visit the trade board. That board just makes me glad the guys here aren't 'Real GM's'.

Good luck tonight guy's.

We have a "Bobcats player of the game" thread on our board where we vote 3-2-1 called the "Hammers" win or lose.

We welcome opposing fans to come and vote after the game if you like. All votes are welcome. Here is a link:

Bobcats are playing well, we can't underestimate but no reason for the Hornets which have to play everyone well if they intend to make any noise in the west, this game will defiantly will be harder then the game we had in Charlotte but i still don't see why wouldn't take care of business. With respect to the hands full for david west, i personally think west will give them a bigger fit then they will to him Nazr is playing for a contract now which is dangerous but his stats are elevated and i dont expect him to do anything to exciting against us but we need to stop wallace and richardson. Go Hornets

Hornets getting all sorts of easy dunks/alley-oops to open the game.

Okafor with 3 fouls already, Chandler playing big tonight.

West playing well too, frontcourt is flat dominating so far. 23/41 points so far.

112-84 final.

Chandler and West dominated.

Peja's stroke looking mighty fine again.

Chris Paul is still Chris Paul, even got a dunk in tonight.

Solid win.

edit: nice to see the bench play the entire 4th quarter, good rest for the starters and good experience for the bench
