in the last five games, four of them 30-point blowouts one way or the other, he's only gotten fourth quarter action. in the one game still in doubt, he was DNP-CD

Yea Hilton definitely has been dissapointing after a very impressive summer league. He seems to have a mild case of the "Brandon Bass syndrome"- a condition that causes a young player to play poor and nervous basketball due to inexperience and a small amount of minutes.

But they must see something in him if they didn't sell him off like Cedric Simmons. Let's hope he can come out of it eventually and be a solid back-up in the coming years.

Yea, Hilton showed some flashes in his rookie year, with all the injuries he got more burn.

This year he did look good heading into the season, but I think it's just a case of Byron Scott not letting his young prospects hit the court, period. Unless your name is Chris Paul you basically have to earn your stripes with B Scott.

My personal opinion is that Hilton will be a quality reserve behind Chandler in the years to come, I guess the old "big men take longer to develop" theory could be the main reason hes not getting the PT right now.
