It's definitely a talent upgrade for us but I highly doubt the Grizzlies envision Bobby Jackson and Rasual Butler filling the void left by Mike Miller. They lose 9 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists per game.

To be honest with you, we really don't need that big of a shake-up considering how well we're playing. Some minor tweaks to the bench should be more than enough without disrupting the team chemistry.
