They are possibly the worst matchup in the league for the Kings,
great penetration
great rebounder
great perimeter shooting
the three elements of disaster for the Kings, plus Hornets always seem to whoop us these days, i wish we didnt have any good teams on the schedule, or atleast not when we're trying to get to 500., Plus New Orleans is probably heated after losing at home to the inferior warriors, now we get to suffer for it, i never seen a team filled with more certified Kings Killers then the New Orleans Hornets. Chandler kills us, Paul kills us, Butler kills us, Peterson kills us, and while we're trying to prevent them from killing us, Peja, Ely, Pargo, West, will start killing us.
I hope he's right, Geaux Hornets!

meh, i don't feel so confident against the kings. they are a great team, i think only 5 games below .500 and look at all those injuries they've had.
in the east, i think they would be behind the c's and detroit for best record - by a mile, but still!

Even though the Kings won, I was REALLY impressed by the Hornets ability to crawl back into this game in the 2nd half and make this a competitive game until the last minute. Your hornets have a bright future, I enjoy your team a lot. Good luck the rest of the way, I'll be rooting for you except when you play the Kings.
This game does show me that the Kings are still a legitimate playoff threat and may be a surprise 2nd half team by many(not me). The Kings have dealt with more key injuries than any other team while having what I believe has been the 2nd toughest Strength of schedule of any team in the NBA.
