Hornets played a really good game tonight. It was important for them to win both of those home games because I'm sure Dallas will be very hostile. GEAUX HORNETS!

The tough part will be getting Stephen A Smith off CP3's zipper.

Good luck Nawlings. I am rooting for ya.

Everyone who was clinging to Chris not being the best PG because he hasn't done it in the playoffs is feeling really stupid I'd assume

Why? Can you give a real honest answer as to why? Would that make you feel better about something going on in your real life?

Highlights
Hornets defeat Mavericks in Game 2
Paul goes for 32 and 17
Haier Play of the Day: CP3 to TC

I've been updating the first page with highlight links, box score links, etc. The video links I provide are DIRECT links, meaning that Windows Media Player SHOULD open it by itself, and you won't have that ugly ol' NBA.com Broadband window.

Congrats to you guys on your blowout win and come-from-behind rout in game 1. I for one didn't think NO was really this good. Dallas does have an uncanny ability to make other teams look awfully good though (Warriors last year).

I don't know what the hell happened to my Mavs but they may turn it around in Dallas. Or, they may just shrivel up and die...

Chris Paul's Game 3 adjustments:

1. Shave
2. .........................

That's pretty much it, actually.

Something tells me the Mavs might just roll over. This could be over in 5, maybe even four if they don't get off to a good start Friday.

What a game... I am impressed the Defense that Terry was playing on CP3.

Gotta take your hats off for Jannero who singlehandedly kept the team in range for a comeback.

Jannero Pargo has become a shockingly competent bench player. I know he always burns us too.

Peja has "choked" his way to 62.5% shooting from 3 this series (15-24).

We have to close this series in the next game, just to emphasise we mean business.

You guys are looking great out there. Pargo is showing he can play, and the defense is looking fantastic out there. The idea to double Dirk and scramble to have Stack and Kidd take three pointers is a perfect idea. Kudos to the Coach of the Year.

Anyways, just wanted to stop by to say hey (long time no talk Hornet fans, and I'll be rooting for them all throughout the playoffs!).
