Gustav is on the way and i was wondering if you kids are going to be evacuating. It is now a category 4, very dangerous storm. I hope you all handle it all well

None of you live in New Orleans? Or did you all already evacuate

I found it weird that nobody from New Orleans hasn't started this topic already (unless you are). Guess they're all evacuated now?

Interesting..can we have a roll call of Hornets fan still here that actually is living/has lived in New Orleans?

I thought there would be more people in this thread, considering. Guess a lot of fans aren't actually in New Orleans on RealGM.

Fortunately the city of N.O. came out pretty well this time. Some other areas of the state didn't fare quite as well.

For Hurricane Gustav mandatory evacuation orders were issued by Orleans and Jefferson Parishes so most of the New Orleans area Hornets fans evacuated. Electricity was out in most of the New Orleans area for 3-4 days. Luckily it turned out to be much less severe than Hurricane Katrina.
