Obviously CP3 is the type of talent you keep for all of eternity and never trade no matter what.
But the only reason I ask this is because it seems like your owner is having money problems and wants to get rid of salaries.
So do you realistically ever see your management/ownership going into desperation mode and trading off CP3?
Would you guys like Westbrook and Jeff Green in exchange if that happens?
OBVIOUSLY you wouldn't trade him for anyone, but if things ever get that desperate, would you guys take westbrook and jeff green from OKC for him?
Do u guys think your owner will ever trade CP3?

I'm so tired of hearing about the Hornets owner having money problems. The Hornets aren't the only team that is trying to avoid the lux tax. No other team is being considered at having money problems just because they'd rather avoid the lux tax. No one seems to be able to provide actual figures that says the Hornets are losing money but I guess as long as the team is in New Orleans, the perception will always be that they're losing money. Chris Paul is the Hornets money maker. Shinn would be crazy to trade him. As long as he's not disgruntled and asking for an out, he'll be a Hornet. Another thing people seem to keep ignoring is Shinn's minority owner, who happens to have more money and is a very very rich man compared to George Shinn. Owners would rather not have to pay the lux tax though. They are in the business to make money, not give it away if they don't have to especially without some sort of significant payoff.
