Yep, and for F. Martinez, C. Gomez, D. Guerra, L. Milledge, M. Pelfrey, P. Humber, K. Mulvey, J. Smith, and M. Carp, it's going to be diabolical.

A 9 for 1, beat that Celtics(Garnett) and Braves(Teixeira).

The Yankees can offer Tabata, Kennedy, Horne, + some other prospects but I wouldn't be surprised if a team threw up their whole farm for the guy.

The Twins would demand Hughes before considering a Yankees offer.

the Yankees wouldn't trade Hughes or Joba straight up for Johan and still have multiple A prospects to offer.

well im curious to hear who your "A" prospects are outside of hughes, joba and tabata.

if i were the twins id ask for 2 of the 3, and id do it if i were the yanks b/c you're getting back the best in the game and can easily afford him.

Then the Yankees would be idiots. But they're not going to take a crap offer for the best pitcher in the game.

I wouldn't even consider giving up Hughes+Tabata or Joba+Tabata. But that's what the Twins would ask for, so Johan won't be coming here in a trade.

I hope some team other than the Yankees (or the Red Sox) gives up their farm system for him. Optimally, an NL team.

I think during the winter meetings they will give him an extention. Somethin similar to the situation of Zambrano, but no doubt he would command WAY MORE money.

imo its NYY or LAD:
Both can offer multiple pitching prospects w at least one young bat.
Bos won't part with Elbury so they're out and imo Ana is going to use their players for a Mig Cabrera offer.

Which pkg is better: Chamberlain, Melky, Kennedy or Laroche, Kershaw, Elbert.

the yankees, but i dont know if the yankees will give up that much for him

The Dodgers package probably.

But last I heard the Red Sox were offering Jed Lowrie, Justin Masterson, Jon Lester and Coco Crisp and the Twins viewed it as the best package.
