Best SP prospect combo in the minors?

Who do you think has the best 1-2 starting pitching combo in the minor leagues. I'll be a homer and go with Clay Buchholz and Michael Bowden of the Red Sox system. What these 2 are doing this season is nothing short of amazing.
Buchholz is just raping everyone in the Eastern League and their mother's. Throws a fastball in the low to mid 90's with flawless command, has a plus curveball is the mid-70's to go with a plus changeup in the mid-70's. From what I've heard, his slider is a bit inconsistent but is just sick at times as well.
Season to date:
34 IP
22 H
7 ER
4 BB
46 K's
1.85 ERA
0.76 WHIP
11.5 K/BB
12.18 K/9
As filthy as he has been and those numbers look, what Michael Bowden is currently doing is arguably more impressive.
Bowden is 20 years old and currently dominating a league and park (Lancaster) that is just absurdly tough for pitchers to have ANY success in. I don't know much about his stuff and I haven't seen him pitch yet but I've heard his stuff is very similar to Buchholz.
Season to date:
39 IP
34 H
7 ER
7 BB
41 K's
1.62 ERA
1.05 WHIP
5.86 K/BB
9.46 K/9
Now, those numbers aren't flat out incredible (they are still pretty **** good) but you really need to consider how ridiculous playing in Lancaster is. It is by far the most extreme hitters park in the minors and pretty ridiculous for anyone to be having this kind of success. FWIW, the next lowest ERA among Lancaster starters is almost 5 runs higher at 6.35 for Justin Masterson. Yes, almost 5 full runs higher. They've also got 5 hitters with over 50 AB's that have an OPS over 1.000-- and those hitters aren't even all that good.
Oh yeah, Brandon Webb at Lancaster at age 22:
3.99 ERA
1.34 WHIP
3.59 K/BB
8.76 K/9
HM: Dodgers (Elbert, Kershaw), Indians (Miller, Lofgren), some team I'm probably forgetting.
Make your cases for others.
