Rank These 4 OF's

Post#1 » by ChronicKerr » Mon Apr 7, 2008 8:58 pm

Jason Bay
Delmon Young
Gary Sheffield
Nate McClouth

Who will be the best OF in fantasy this year going forward. I have Bay, Young, and McClouth and someone who obviously is overating Sheff's injury just dropped him. Should I drop one of these guys to pick him up?

Do not drop Young or Bay for Sheff unless you're Sheffield's mom.

Id drop Bay for Sheff.

Bay was horrible last season and doesnt look like much has changed so far and he hits in a terrible lineup whereas Sheff hits in a stacked lineup that will get rolling very soon.

Jason Bay sucks ass. Last year was no fluke. And Nate McLouth will finish with a higher OPS (and more SB) than Delmon Young this season.

I'd try to avoid dropping any of those three guys. While I'm not a huge Bay fan, I'd still give him a chance this season.

You have to have someone else you can afford to lose.

Post your roster, like sunshine said - you gotta have room for Sheff.

this is only a 10 team league so I'm not sure if theres anyone else I should be dropping other than Bay keeping in mind how many OF's I already have. I want to keep at least two batters on the bench so dropping a pitcher doesn't make much sense but let me know what you guys think. Oh yeah 6x6 league includes Losses and OPS. Here's the roster:

C(Min - C)Joe Mauer
1B(TB - 1B)Carlos Pe

I hate to say it, but Todd Jones?

I'd probably drop Bay for Sheff though.

Well I stand corrected, Bay is the guy. You just can't cut a closer IMO.

Just dropped Bay for Sheff and Bay gets his first homer the day after! I think sheff will have a better year than bay if he stays healthy.
