Huge Trade

Post#1 » by Griff83 » Fri Apr 25, 2008 6:56 pm

I wasnt ever a huge fan of Reyes but thought I would draft him this year with the thought he would have a big season with that good Mets team. His early struggles have me really concerned and im thinking about pulling the trigger. What do people think about this trade.

Jose Reyes
Chris B Young
Felix Hernandez

for

Jimmy Rollins
Hunter Pence
Tim Lincecum

which side would you rather have?

I'd rather have Rollins/Lincecum/Pence

Check on Rollins ankle though, haven't been keeping up with that.

It's a no brainer for me, I'd take the Reyes side. I have a big hard-on for Lincecum but Pence is struggling as well and Rollins may not have as much of a green light with the ankle issue. Plus you aren't going to get many wins out of Lincecum. I think Young is going to improve average wise this season and I like Felix to blow up this year so I'd just stay away from that trade bro. mahalo

Team Reyes by a hair.
It's the Young vs. Pence that did it.
