Russell Martin (C, 3B) - POOR PERFORMANCE
Carlos Quentin (OF) - INJURED
Alexei Ramirez (2B, SS, OF) - POOR PERFORMANCE
Should I pick up any of the above players? I know I should replace Varitek with Martin, but I'm not sure about the other two.

Martin wouldn't be owned in 10% of leagues if he wasn't a catcher. With that in mind, he's still more reliable than Varitek in a full season. Your hitting needs a huge makeover (more specifically your infield). Alexei Ramirez should be picked up without any hesitation. Scutaro can be let go IMO.
