2025 MLB Dynasty League - Season underway

I had a question, for Japanese players who come over, aren’t they technically prospect eligible since they have no at bats nor innings, thus not eligible for free agent draft but for prospect draft?

Anyone likely to play in the majors directly, which is usually the case with Japanese players, is eligible only for the FA draft.

We've done it this way from before I was the commish. Yamamoto went 1st last year in the FA draft, Ohtani went 1st in 2018. Same with Darvish whenever he came over.
