Adding to the intrigue was Lindor wanting to show out against his old team, while Carroll couldn't wait for the offseason to start!! (*offseason trade) Seriously, not even sure if he played more than 1 game this series

I took this post to mean that 9/8 was the deadline to keep these players in the minors. After that date I considered the ones who hadn’t been added to be dropped and available.

Yeah, we discussed this on the Yahoo chat, and apologies again for the confusion. This year has been a bit hectic for me, so haven't been able to keep on top of the prospect eligibility etc, but the rule has always been rosters locked and not that the prospects become FAs unless their owners explicitly say that.
