Weird, I thought there would be a prospect going the opposite way. If I might inquire, what was the incentive for you Cobbsley?

If I have it my way, he avoids that park and division for his life.

BAH! All of my other top prospects have been called up within the last four days! WTF, my roster is so unprepared for this...

To everyone: Since I have Wieters, I am willing to discuss swapping Ramos (who is now a Nat, no longer blocked by Mauer) with another high tier prospect at a difference position.

Jeff (New Hampshire): Is Wil Myers a top 5 talent in terms of pure hitters? Thanks!
Ben Badler: Definitely. Frankly, he's in the discussion for the top five among ALL prospects in the minors.
his bat is so good that he could be a star at any position.
How quickly a ton of singles in High A can change BA's mind of Myers.

Re: MLB Dynasty League Offseason Thread (draft in progress)
I would agree for fantasy Trout's tool set is better, not so much for real life though.
I actually think they have been pretty even prospect wise in High A despite Myers' vastly superior production and even with Trout playing in the at worst second best full season hitting league and Myers hitting in Wilmington which is known to be hell on hitter, I just don't trust all those singles Myers is getting in High A. The plate discipline Myers has shown though is unbelievable for someone his age and at that level. But to me Myers' was better in Low A. What both are doing in their first full season out of HS though is remarkable.

Re: MLB Dynasty League Offseason Thread (draft in progress)
I gotta go with Trout being better, in both fantasy and real life.
Forget fantasy, because we all know what he offers there.
But for real life purposes, Trout is almost a full year younger showing just as good plate discipline, 80 running speed, great defense (although bad jumps, but speed makes up for it), great contact rate, and we both know he will hit for power down the line. He is 6'1, 217 pounds and runs like the wind. Truly a physical specimen.
The only thing Myers beats Trout at is power, but Trout is still younger and can develop some.
