I was wondering that myself. Guess Angel is banking on a big year from Medlen, had a lot of 1Bs already. Insfo and Ty getting a bit opportunistic with the n00b.

I was trying to deal for Fielder too but Angel insisted Posey be involved. Just seems weird he'd settle for Weaver.

I did fine in the insfo deal thank u very much.

As far as the trade ya losing fielder is huge. But I do have **** loads of 1st baseman.

Once gonzo loses his of eligibility I got both my Utl spots tied up.

Weaver is on of my fav pitchers and on a team with good d and good offense(even if today don't look like it)

Sure melden had sick year last year. Sure he won't repeat. He is still a young pitcher with huge upside on a really good team. He has chance to become to 5 pitcher in few years.

Shield will lose value cause he won't win much in kc(unless he gets traded). Down the road he is also aging....

Given how garbage my pitching was and how good my offense looks in contrast and scarcity of pitchers and abundance of 1st baseman this made sense to me.

As to the dude saying I wanted posey? He is the only one on your team that I would even consider moving fielder for.

Anyways that that

Being the dude that has Posey, I'm saying you lost that deal no two ways about it. But I've made my fair share of garbage trades so join the club.

the team i had was garbage pitching wise. and i am not taking 1-2 year off to get that fixed

Yes, waiver priority goes in the opposite order of the FA draft. You'll be okay. Might be better to have a late waiver. I'm probably not going to use mine because it's so high.
