Re: 2009 MLB Dynasty League (Season in progress)
Trying to cut down on the outfield. Does anyone want Ryan Ludwick?
Ludwick's stats in 2008: 104 R/37 HR/113 RBIs/.299 AVG/4 SB
ESPN's projected stats for 2009: 84 R/47 HR/178 RBIs/.328 AVG/9 SB and 206 hits! Yowza! Somebody jump on this guy before he becomes a HOFer! Seriously though, Ludwick is proving that last year was for real and that he was a late bloomer like Carlos Pena and others. He's 30 and a pretty safe investment. I'm looking for either a second-tier elite pitcher or I would package Ludwick with a pitcher for a 1st round prospect pick and a pitching upgrade.

Re: 2009 MLB Dynasty League (Season in progress)
If anyone is looking for a 2B, I know the depth at the position is deeper than usual but if anyone wants to make it worth my while I'd trade Aaron Hill. I've got Utley and Asdrubal gives me so depth at the position. That Blue Jays lineup is going to rival Boston, New York and Texas with Rios, Wells, Lind, Rolen and Snider sitting behind Hill. If you look at his stats Hill was one of the up-and-coming 2B before he sort of had a ruined season last year and he's young with a lot of experience in the bigs so he's probably for real (obviously at a more reasonable clip than so far though I realize).

Asdrubal Cabrera is available for a 2010 2nd round prospect pick. Let me know if you're interested. 18 R/1 HR/13 RBIs/.315 AVG/4 SB so far with SS and 2B eligibility. Definitely a candidate for 110 R/10 HR/80 RBIs/.310/20 SB this season.

Wanted to let all of you know that Kaz has offered to watch over the minor league system and notify people that their prospects have graduated, now that it's that time of year again. So if you get a message from him now you know what it's about before you even open it.

Re: 2009 MLB Dynasty League (Season in progress)
Yep, those are right.
And great, I nominate you to get commish powers and you don't turn your head on my guys? Thanks a lot.
Look at Sett breaking his own rules with Schafer, shame.
Also, add Lillibridge.
Just a thought but Kaz, you should copy and paste the list thats on pg. 37 and delete all the guys that have been brought up from there, so we know if a guy is a free agent if the owner picks that player up or chooses not to pick him up. Edit your post above this one so it will be at the top of pg. 42 and Sett can also put that in the subject of the thread so people know to come to pg. 42 for prospect updates.

Re: 2009 MLB Dynasty League (Season in progress)
Just a clarification for the above list, any one on the list is not to be picked up except for the owner with the prospects rights. I believe the list is accurate and I will update it as much as I can along with the date of when the player exceeded the limit of ABs or IP. If you see any mistakes, please point them out.

130 at bats or 50 innings pitched
