How can you not mention McLouth's ridiculous RBI total...as a freakin' leadoff hitter!

OK then: Nate McLouth is tied for fifth in the NL in RBI with 21.

The amazing thing about McLouth is that his hit-dispersion rates are pretty much in line with his 2006 numbers but trending the right way (i.e. trading some fly balls for line drives):

LD% - 2007: 16.4% 2008: 18.0%
FB% - 2007: 52.8% 2008: 50.6%
GB% - 2007: 30.8% 2008: 31.5%
HR/FB% - 2007: 9.8% 2008: 13.3%

While he has a higher BABIP (.337 to 2007

Only you would brag about being first in a non-cash message board fantasy baseball league. Congratulations.

I don't mean to brag, but I think this league might be one of the top five non-cash fantasy baseball dynasty leagues in existence. So, take pride littleboy1234.

You've already got like 30 shortstops already Bovey, wtf? That's all it took to get Longoria? mahalo

I did the swap of Bailey for Longoria, Lugo is pretty much irrelevant.

Well there goes your chances of landing Kazmir now. Bailey is a great player and all but Longoria destroys him and you don't need pitching help that badly. mahalo

Well, obviously I like Longoria more but to be fair to bove, Homer Bailey was taken earlier when both guys were in the prospect draft and Bailey is a year younger. He didn't do so hot in the majors last season but all that shows is that he's no Liriano (before tommy john's). He's still young. He's still a top 10 prospect. And he's been pretty impressive this year so far.

So, I liked my side of the deal, but just because Longoria is in the majors earlier doesn't mean bove got jobbed.

By my count, Benny you need to make moves with Joey Votto and Daric Barton, they've both got over 150 ABs. Chach, you know you need to move on Morales soon. Bigboy, it's getting to that time when you'll need to get your minor league roster down to 10 people.

Homer Bailey sucks. I don't even think I'd take him on my team if you just handed him to me for nothing. And my pitching is just horrendous.

Ryan Church, Yunel Escobar and Ryan Theriot are on the block for top 25 prospects (so that means no Donald Veal) or high prospects picks or a marginal closer.

Folks, you were too slow on Ryan Theriot. He's off the market now. Bove and I have agreed to another trade.

I receive Bove's 1st round prospect pick next year in exchange for Yunel Escobar and my 3rd rounder.
