Just putting it out there that I picked up Nick Franklin. It's been more than two weeks since he passed 130 ABs and warnings were sent on this thread.

Benny, don't think you understand the rule. After the two weeks notice the manager gets their add/drops locked so they can't pick up anyone else. They do not lose the rights to that prospect, though.

Dude, you can add Franklin whenever, I just can't do it for you because your roster is invalid. Neil Walker is active and still on your DL and you don't have an open roster spot anyways.

Nah, it's always been this way. It's supposed to be a buffer period for the guys who don't pay close attention to prospects so that it's not just like, ta-da, he's graduated, pick him up today.
