This is pretty much unacceptable

So I've been commissioner of a fantasy baseball league for 5 years now. We've had some teams come and go and it's been a fairly competitive head to head league. This year we 12 teams (all pretty close friends) and everyone has been pretty active. Here enlies the major problem.
One new team, is absolutely owning. Like serious ownage and it's only June. Undefeated, a 20 and a half game lead over the second place team (myself). Usually, I'd tip my cap to them, but this year, it's a big problem. The team is managed by a girl.
She has Halladay on her team and her team name contains Halladay, except spelled "Halliday." Truly embarrassing on all counts. Not sure quite what to make of all of it. She's talking a lot of **** now and everyone's manhood is in serious question. How can we the people (of my league) sabotage this travesty and restore the fantasy and manly world order back into balance? Here is her team:
C
Miguel Olivo
1B
Miguel Cabrera
2B
Robinson Canó
3B
Ryan Zimmerman
SS
Alexei Ramírez
OF
Alfonso Soriano
OF
Carlos González
OF
Jayson Werth
Util
Vladimir Guerrero
BN
Scott Podsednik
Brad Hawpe
Nelson Cruz
Starters
Ervin Santana
Scott Baker
Javier Vázquez
Tim Hudson
Roy Halladay
Kevin Slowey
Roy Oswalt
Relievers
Heath Bell
Rafael Soriano
Is she just getting lucky due to head to head league? Her team doesn't blow you away on paper... I just don't get it.
