I still think that needs to be changed; the worst teams should have a better chance at finishing at the top of the prospect draft.

Hahah, you weren't complaining two years ago when the randomizer gave you three top 6 picks.

I can see what you're saying at least in terms of the newer managers needing a little kick start, but then again this is the way we've always done it and there just haven't really been problems with it. If everybody feels the non-playoff teams should have two ping pong balls or whatever in the future it's something we can discuss, but with the variables already involved in the league I think it provides a good chance for new managers to rebuild. Your team is starting to shape up.

I don't see any reason to delay the prospect draft if everyone's picks look right. We'll keep the first round picks untimed until everyone checks in again and maybe make a 24-hour rule or something for Round 2 and beyond. Bovey will just have to make his decision on whatshisface before he picks.

As much as I love the early reports on Bauer, this is a long term thing, so I'll follow the Bucs' cue and go for the big guy who fits the mold, Gerrit Cole.
