Need one more utility player to round out my roster. Admittedly, I don't know that much about baseball, but out of the available players in my league, these two seem to be the best options. Who's likely to be the better overall player this season?

I'm sure you've made your decision by now, but Matt Joyce is a great player to pick up and only play against RHP. His numbers are much higher against RHP than his totals, and Joe Maddon barely ever starts him against opposing LHP starters anyway.
