Feedback on a Trade

Post#1 » by Paraglock » Thu Apr 12, 2012 10:44 pm

I'm givng up:

Aaron Hill
Mitch Moreland
Rafael Betancourt
(dropping Vinnie Pestano)

He gives me:

Ty Wigginton
Shin Soo-Choo
Fransisco Cordero
Jair Jurrjens

Thinking of accepting it cause I need the OF help badly. Ty Wigginton can also be inserted in three different postions.Ify about Jurrjens, but I would give him a few start to see if he can turn it around.

Isn't Jurrjens in the minors now?

In my leagues Moreland can be put in the OF

If you want more OF help, maybe a smaller trade - Hill + someone for Shin Soo-Choo

You're giving up a good player at a position of scarcity (hill, 2B) and yes you are getting a quality OF back, but depending on your league scoring criterion, Pestano may be as valuable as Cordero and I'm not sure Wigginton is morons I'd be excited to get back at all. I agree with previous poster- make this a smaller deal and it should be Hill for Choo.
