but i got few questions.
1) didnt we decide picks would be from worse to best order based on standings? this would give people better chance to catch up(not that anyone will catch up to ty's team lol)

2) prospect draft vs rookie/fa draft. alot of those prospects will be rooks so how this work?

We had decided prospect picks would be lottery style, as insfo had quoted in this thread.

For the prospect/FA draft, I think it's pretty clear to tell who is a prospect and who isn't. I think a rule of thumb is that if they haven't had MLB service time (excluding September call-ups), they're a prospect. So I had snagged Rusney Castillo during September last year. If he wasn't on a roster, I would venture to say that he'd be subject to the prospect draft and not the FA draft.

Steven Souza was my prospect pick (where I was on the clock) and I dropped Bubba Starling to make room.
