Hey guys I feel a little thin in SP... but not sure if I should make any drastic changes as it's still a fair bit early....

My hitting is solid and I don't want to compromise it for a marginal improvement in pitching unless I feel I absolutely have to...

Do you think when RJ returns my staff will be good enough to compete in the pitching cats? Or should I look to make a move.... no one's really biting on any trade offers as most of the teams in this league overrate their own players...

Any thoughts?

Most go with thin hitters benches because they play 5 times a week whereas pitchers will only pitch 1 or 2. I am that way myself. I always prefer only about 2-3 guys on my bench and use the rest of the bench spots to rotate a few SP in and out. I also like having a middle reliever or two.

Is it h2h or roto?

Sorry should've mentioned it in original post..... another key stat is 40 min. innings pitched.

I don't mind dropping a hitter or two for a good pitcher but there's not much quality available on the waiver wire...

Jason Jennings, Derek Lowe and Tom Gorzelanny are the best options IMO but who would you drop for either of those guys if any...

I wouldnt.

Try working the trade lines for Chavez, Beltre, Duncan.

Look for Zach Greinke. This kid has always had great stuff and has completely fallen under the radar fantasy wise after he experienced that psychological breakdown. He's the Royals #2 guy and just made the Red Sox look silly today.

And why the hell do you have three 3B?

Andruw..... and well I picked up Chavez off waivers.... thought if he does well could use for a future trade
