pondering trades...advice please

Dontcha love when after a draft you think your team is perfect and then injuries and slumps crush your hopes? Thats where my team is at right now and I need to inject some offense into my roster. Below is my roster, this is a H2H keeper league, although we only keep 3 offensive and 3 pitchers (I will annotate my projected keepers with an *)
Russell Martin
*Albert Pujols
Robinson Cano
Ryan Zimmerman
*Hanley Ramirez
Michael Cuddyer
*Grady Sizemore
Corey Patterson
Adam Lind
Chad Tracy
Daniel Cabrera
Brad Penny
*(maybe)JJ Putz
* (maybe)Takashi Saito
Gil Meche
Scott Linebrink
Tim Wakefield
Jason Hirsh
*Matt Cain
Roger Clemens
Jon Lester
John Patterson
*(assuming he gets healthy)Rich Harden
I have two goals in making a trade - either strengthen my pitching keepers or adding offense (HR & RBI, but not at the expense of AVG). I was looking at trading Penny or possibly Miche or Clemens. What kind of market value do you think I can pull in for Penny? I floated a trade for Carlos Lee, but don't expect the trade to be accepted. Would someone slumping, like Andruw Jones, be a better target? Or should I just wait things out and hope that Pujols, Cano, and Zimmerman get out of their slumps?
Thanks!
