I got the thankless job of running the fantasy bb league this year...looking to get beyond R, RBI, HR, AVG, SB...i know i'm keeping HR and adding OPS...what do you all use?

For my cash league we go H2H 6 x 6 with the following stats:

For hitters: OPS, RBI, HR, SB, R, SO, H
For pitchers: W, SV, WHIP, K/BB, ERA, SHO

It just sucks that most major fantasy providers don't offer more options.

In any regard I like K/BB and prefer leagues that count it.

No AVG, but you include wins?

Interesting.

if he didn't include wins people would stack up on closers to keep WHIP and ERA down, so it helps to keep people honest.

thanks for your input, BBJ.
for right now:
H: HR, BB, H, RBI, OPS, NSB (net stolen bases) --would OPS make having BB redundant?
P: W, K, ERA, WHIP, K/9, NSV (net saves)
opinions?

i myself am not a fan of K/BB, as it gives K's and walks the same value, which is not true. obviously if a guy's K/BB sucks, he most likely isn't doing well, and vice versa. but still. i read an article about that recently on THT as well.
