Pujols in a Keeper

Where would you all rank Pujols in a first year keeper league?

His shoulder has been giving him problems, and he is looking at a weak lineup around him, and there is the rumor that someday he will nee Tommy John Surgery, which begs my question. Where would you rank him?

Pujols is the number 1 first basemen when healthy... and as long as he takes care of teh surgery timely, where he wont miss most of one year and a chunk of the following. he is easily one of the most vital fantasy plays IMO
