I hesitate on dropping Hart only because he is originally ranked at 69 (but 231 for the season), and I'm nervous about Quentin because he is originally ranked 939 (32 for the season).

Will Hart slowly move back to his original ranking (Quentin too?) or should I go with the moment and pick who is good now?

Sorry but thats stupid. You would really regret that later this season. Hart will certainly finish a better fantasy player. He is really good, just give him some time. He fills out the stat sheet. I would use a #1 waiver to pick up Hart.

im looking to pick up quentin in my league but don't know who to drop. Pick one of these three guys to drop for him: Jeremy Hermida, Matt Kemp, Nick Swisher, Kevin youkilis (would prefer to drop an OF for OF).

I'd drop Hermida for Quentin.

jts10, you should post your roster but do not drop Corey Hart!
