keeper auction leauge question

Post#1 » by Redbeardwirc0830 » Tue Feb 16, 2010 8:19 am

I am in a keeper league on espn. Last year was the 1st year so we are allowed one keeper after this season we will be allowed one pitcher and one hitter keeper. The value raises by $4 every year for given keeper(s). My questions are this:

1. Is it smarter to keep the pitcher this year because more people will be keeping a hitter and going after a pitcher this year (aside from maybe linsicome's owner)
the players I could keep and the money I would have to spend on them this year

hanley ramirez ($41) evan longoria ($36) felix hernandez ($25) nelson crux ($5) wandy rodriguez ($5)

2. Is it better the try and keep a player that you got a Super good deal on ex. cruz for $5 (he is set at $15 on espn) or to just hold on to one of the top players (in my case I have hanley or king felix

As much as I like Felix this year you have to go with Hanley for sure. Just go after Felix again if you really want him.
