D-backs starting their 3 game series against the Rockies after taking 2 out of 3 from the Padres. Good start to the season thus far. At 5-1 we got the 2nd best record in the NL conference. Our offense was good first 3 games against Giant as we scored 5,5, and 7. But the last series we struggled to score but still managed to take 2 out of 3 games.

We are playing the Rockies that scored 17 vs the Giants just a few days ago. So we better be ready to hit Friday night or things can get ugly.

Prediction: D-backs take 2 out of 3 and bump their record to 7-2.

I knew we would need to score a lot of runs to win in this series because Rockies can hit.

So far going into 7th inning and the score is tied at 6.

Bottom 8th inning. Tied 6-6.. Rockies threatening to score.

Shaw with a huge out with runner on 3rd and 1 out in the inning. One more out and we get out of bottom 8th tied at 6.

Unreal, barely in and Rockies now lead 7-6 bottom 8th.

Well this team has great resume in coming back which started last season when we get 43 come from behind wins. Hopefully we score a few in 9th.

Rockies are a good hitting team. Next game we need focus on pitching otherwise going to be a long series.

Back 2 back tough loses for the Diamondbacks

Good showing today though, leading the Rockies 5-0 in bottom of 6th inning.

Bottom 7th inning, Dbacks lead 5-0.. 2nd straight day raining over there.

Rockies pushed us again in 8th but we managed to close them out this time and win. Now are 6-3 next stop at home against Pirates.
