Who will be the best in the future? I say Owings.

I say Nippert though he has taken a step back this year. He should have taken the 5th spot this year and run with it.

Prior to this game, I would've said Enrique because he did pretty well with little run support last year...But after seeing Owings pitch tonight, i'll have to go with him.

Yeah I would have picked him before this game, but this game makes it pretty easy, and hes not even available in my fantasy league yet.

Is Owings really that good? His stats look impressive and show relatively good control aside from the 2 hit batsmen.

Anyone think he'll be consistent enough to be this years Verlander or Weaver?

Idk about that. It's a possibility, and I see him as consistent but more of a 4.1 ERA consistent. Of course, after that last gaem, I'm getting more inclined towards him maybe being a Verlander or Weaver.

Another solid outing by Owings... when RJ returns who do you see being demoted? Him or Gonzalez?

Owings is pitching too well to be demoted, and Gonzalez is out of options, so I think Nippert will be demoted, and likely EdGon will go to the Pen.
