I hope we put up double digits on Towers. I really thought he was going to be one of those young top pitching prospects here and he never panned out. Also I'm hoping Loewen keeps his walks down against the Jays. Anyone eles cringe when they see the Trachsel vs. Chacin match-up? How long until we replace Trach as the 5th starter?

I'm calling for a 2-1 series for the O's, with the lone loss coming from our "Ace" Trachsel.....

Ugh, can't we just bring up Hayden Penn?

Penn's hurt last I checked. I think it was elbow tightness. That was Trachel's only bad start of the season so far. He should be 2-1 right now.

Loewen seems to be suffering from Cabrera-itis. He's walking too many hitters. 16 walks, 13 strikeouts this year so far, and he's only pitched about 17 innings so far.

Difference is, 2-0, 3.72 ERA

Loewen seems to have pretty good poise despite his control issues. Once he gets command of his pitches, he's going to be a rock for this team.

2 out of 2 so for in a big divisional series! It's up to the Trash for the sweep.

Yeah, I can't complain because we won, and 3 of those walks came in the 6th inning, but still...its not encouraging. He's 23 years old, I know, but I'm not sure...a couple of games like that and I think its time to send him to Triple A.

Man, this is the first time I've felt confident the team that takes the field should be favored to win in a while.

Markakis in mid season form with 3 RBI's, a double and a triple and he extended his hitting streak to 9 games. If we can get one more inning out of Steve, we'd be OK with our bullpen.

The O's are red hot! They've won 8/9 games.

Trash with a solid start and the offense putting some runs on the board.

ok so lets see the O's are playing great baseball and winning games and tejada has just started to hit today. :D

Once everyone can get healthy this team could really do some damage.
