Hampton throws bullpen session in Arizona

Mike Hampton threw a bullpen session at Peoria [Ariz.] Stadium in suburban Phoenix for Braves general manager Frank Wren, manager Bobby Cox and pitching coach Roger McDowell.

Smoltz, Hudson, Glavine, Hampton and James.

I'd actually be ok with that. No way Hampton makes it through an entire season however.

How much is Glaving supposed to bring to at his age and this point in his career. I'm not to sold on that rotation myself. It will still be shacky after Hudson and SMoltz IMO.

Glavine could win around 15 games for us, pitch 200 Innings, good veteran, tutor to James, great club house guy, have and era between 3.00 and 4.50, consistently give us 6-7 solid IP when he's on the mound(which will help keep bp fresh). just to list a few things he would bring to this club.
