Game 3 Preview

http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/preview;_ylt=As6Bs4ZbhxkBpYkhqx3ZLQsRvLYF?gid=270516120

The spate of injuries has forced Acta to use Speigner (1-0, 3.77 ERA) in the rotation. The rookie right-hander will be on a pitch count for this game according to his manager, but if his wildness carries over from his relief stints to his first major league start, the pitch count may be moot.

we've jumped out to a 2-0 lead. we need to score often on the Nats pitcher and get to their bp early.

Game 4 is a must win before heading into Boston.

At least we won't have to face Beckett.

Definite must win. So far 3-3 on the trip with 4 left.

Went into this series thinking possible sweep, at least 3 of 4 and we go 1-3. Absolutely terrible, hurts even more knowing we blew the last two. Can't afford doing that against the bad teams.

Not a good showing, probably worse seires so far of the young series. Could easily have won 3 out of 4 like others said. Upcoming 12 games no cupcake either. Bos, NYM, Phi & Mil to end the month. This series was a must have and we missed the oppurtunity.

Can't get over them losing to the Nats, who were supposed to be the worst or 2nd worst in the NL. They better not be a spoiler later in the year, and now we have to say " go Yanks" :sigh:

Skanks have two minor league pitchers going this weekend. You better pray for rain or something else...

We're fine, every team goes through it, we just need to get healthy and our bats will pick us up..

<-----------------------Entirely too optimistic.
