Agreed!
It's been difficult watching so many of his prime years go to waste on a losing team. But there's hope over the horizon.

Great to see that enthusiasm at the end of a losing season - especially with all 3 of the young infielders - Albies, Swanson, and the surprising Camargo upping their games. Who woulda thought Camargo would have a .472 slugging percentage?

And we have solid closure on the pen - with Vizcaino, Ramirez, Winkler, Minter, and solid Sam Freeman. It was a very disappointing season for Mauricio Cabrera, but the Braves finally have a good bullpen.

For next year? Well, both corner OFers should be moved. Kakes and Kemp just aren't good enough at this point in their careers. The question in my mind is who are they going to acquire to be the 3rd OFer.

I definitely think Markakis gets moved. Kemp might be more difficult with 2 years left on his contract. Also, when healthy, he still provides valuable protection for Freeman.
There just isn't much power elsewhere in the lineup without Kemp.
But for the right deal...no veteran is off limits.
