Greinke has been discussed on this board many times and the majority of us seem to want him. I hope we get in touch with KC.

I would love to get Greinke, went to middle school and freshman yr in high school together. Zach is an athlete, was good at all sports especially basketball and baseball.
I'd start a trade package around Jurrjens to get Greinke. ( Jurrjens agent is Boras and he will get expensive in two yrs)

ion know about getting rid of Jair for Zack. With us having Freddie Freeman, i think a trade of Greinke for Freeman along with some throw ins would be best. We got Derrick Lee to man first for at least two more years. If we can get Zack for just money would be so much better.

Lee is a FA and about to sign with the Nationals.

Greinke to the Brewers it is.
I'm curious to see what KC receives once the trade is complete.

Clearly Dayton Moore just took the first offer that was presented after Greinke demanded to be traded. Would like to think the Braves could have topped that offer, but don't think they even tried. Great deal for the Brewers. There is a ton of quality pitching in the NL now.
