The Pirates are playing some good baseball right now. This series, wait, any series right now is going to be difficult for us to win.

Braves win 2-0, Yeah I didn't agree with it either. Good defense tonight, Hinske, Freemand and Chipper all had nice diving catches.

Braves lead 1-0 in the middle of the 3rd. Braves had runners at corners no outs in the first, Chipper hit an rbi single, still had runners at corners no outs after Chippers single, can't score another run.

Pirates tie the game at 1 before end of the 3rd. 1-1 going into the 5th.

Hinske puts us in the lead again, with a solo HR to RF that almost left the park completely.

EOF spoils the win for Minor, after he picked off Tabata at 1b, he gives up game tying solo HR in the 7th.
Game tied at 2 in middle of the 7th.

Going to extras, Uggla continues to suck, especially with RISP. Two months into the season and this offense continues to struggle to score more than 2 runs. Frustrating.

I missed it due to work, but it's nice to see we won, and Minor seemed to pitch well.

Indeed, good outing from Minor. I know it's only been 2 games, but Schafer sure does provide speed, scoring from 1b on a dbl last night, he hit a dbl today and also a had a drag bunt for a single, and has been working the count often.
