The season is right around the corner. We are less than 3 weeks from the 1st spring game which is on March 3rd.

How excited are you to see this team?

As the season approaches I tend to get more excited. I just want the team to be as close to healthy as possible for opening day. Right now, I would say a 7.

I say 8, with the hoping this team stays healthy all yr. Jason and Martin will have bounce back yrs and play like we know they are capable of. Uggla won't be in a hitting slump like he was last yr, although the power was there most of last season.
Mac should have a good yr too, he never returned to form on the offensive side after that oblique injury. It will also be huge not to have Derek Blowe in the rotation anymore.
I'm also interested in seeing Bourn in a Braves uni for a full season.

8, I am so excited for the year, we have great young talent and amazing deph, I really hope that we can stay healthy tho. Like Nemesis said Heyward and Prado should bounce back. I'm also excited to see some of our young pitching through pockets of the season, and to see how this whole Jair Jurrjens situation plays out. Watch out MLB here we come!!!!

I put 10 because after another cold Wisconsin winter there is nothing I look forward to more than the return of Spring and Braves baseball. Plus, I'm FINALLY making the trip to attend some Braves games at Turner Field. Going opening weekend with my brother-in-law and his fiancee (who are huge Brewers fans) so it should be a really fun time.

Plus, I'm really excited about this team. I think it's stacked. The rotation should be in the top 5 in the NL, the Bullpen will probably be the best or second best, and the hitting should be vastly improved over last season where it seemed like everybody was struggling. If Pastornicky can just be a decent number 8 hitter and everybody else returns to the levels their capable of, this team will be hard to beat, even in as tough of a division as they are in.
