Both are two of the top prospects the Braves have. Pastornicky was the favorite for the SS job heading into spring training, but another of the Braves top prospects SS Andrelton Simmons made it a very good position battle. Simmons defense is MLB ready, but his bat is not. He has not played higher than High A ball. Pastornicky is not as good defensively, but he still has good defense and his bat is more MLB ready than Simmons.
Delgado is the Braves 2nd best pitching prospect behind Julio Teheran. Both pitched a few games at the Major league level last season in ATL. Delgado had a better Spring this season and beat out Teheran for the job.

Thanks for the round up. I stopped watching baseball religiously for about two years. Now I am back and have so much to catch up on. Braves were always my favorite team.
