Still not 100 % on the details, word is the Braves did not send back any of Teheran, Delgado, Minor or Gilmartin.
This link Jerry Crasnick says neither of those 4 were sent to the Cubs.

Jerry Crasnick just tweeted one of the players the Braves sent to the Cubs is pitcher Jaye Chapman. That's all we know at this point.
Chapman, 25, is 3-6 with a 3.52 ERA for AAA Gwinnett. He has 60 strikeouts in 53 2/3 innings. Chapman is a back-end-of-the bullpen guy. Throws low 90s, and has a plus changeup.

Ken Rosenthal just tweeted that Arodys Vizcaino and Jaye Chapman were traded to the Cubs.
Not sure how true that is, Vizcaino injured his elbow prior or during spring training and need Tommy John Surgery.

I think this is a good deal, when u look on paper and see us giving Viz then not so much, although Vizcaino can be something special his stamina issues will prolly limit him to a career in the bullpen and he just had Tommy John Surgery which will be hard to recover from; we got Reed Johnson for bench help and Paul Maholm who has a 1.02 ERA over his past 6 starts, Maholm also has a 6 mil club option next year that I expect us to pick up.

I like the deal. Maholm will fit in the rotation nicely. Keeps Medlen in the bullpen which is good for our bullpen. Johnson is a good bat off the bench. Dont know much about Chapman, but a good prospect I hear. Hate having to give up Viz, but it was necessary I guess. The deal is good for both sides. Dont think anyone on either side will complain.
