NL East pitching

Post#1 » by iyse » Sun Aug 19, 2018 4:30 am

NL East has absolutely the 3 best pitchers in the league in deGrom, Scherzer, and Nola with Folty right up there. But the Mets should have traded deGrom. Scherzer's got a huge contract and has earned that money but the Nationals aren't going to part with him as he has become their franchise, especially with Harper likely departing in the offseason. But Nola has really impressed me. What are the chances that Nola becomes available in the offseason if the Phillies don't make the postseason? He's probably secretly a Braves fan, being from Nola (well actually Baton Rouge).

Sad to think that the Marlins could also be there with Fernandez. This division's pitching is incredible.
