Gaining confidence with each win, the Atlanta Braves find themselves in a familiar position -- atop the NL East.

We should take these three games and off to Washington.

You guys should win the next six before you get Boston while we would probably be lucky to win four of six. Time to gain a couple games, eh? :-?

Kyle Davies has looked very good his last couple of outings. I like it. :)

Kyle really didn't pitch well, very lucky last night.

edit - better than his first four outings however.

There's a lot of luck in baseball. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. I'll take it.

I'm hoping James dominates tonight while we knock out Armas by the 4th inning.

Finally got what I wanted, dominance from our starter (thanks Paranto for ruining the shut out) and a healthy 9 runs to back it up. That was an awesome 2nd HR from Thorman. Stop platooning him, please. He absolutely thrashed that ball. Wishing we had Willie Harris all season.

We also got that beautiful .667 winning clip.

I'm going to vomit each time Craig Wilson starts from now on, on Bobby's lap.

I really wish Pete Orr didn't make that bonehead play. He didn't have a chance even with a perfect throw.

Oh well, I really thought we would get that elusive sweep. Anyone know when Chipper will be back? We have 4 games against the worst team in the league that we need to take advantage of before going to Boston.

No sweep but another series won.
