Carlyle is having a pretty strong outing hes given up 3 runs but besides that has been pitching really well, hes pitched 7 so far.
Braves up 7-3
Druw has a homerun and an RBI single nice to see a game like this out of him.
Mets lost so if we can hang on this would be a really nice win.

I feel bad for Reyes. He just lost all his control in the 4th. 40 friends and family in the stands. Ouch.
A part of me has to put this loss on Cox for bring Yates in the game. Yates has been run into the ground lately and he lets him load the bases.

I didn't see the game on Saturday. What is everybody's observations on Reyes? Any thoughts on his 2007 future in the major leagues or was this just a one time spot start?

I would guess that was a one time start kinda deal.

Maddux will look to school Davies today.
The Mets face Roy Oswalt today so hopefully they fall to him and that means no matter what we need to win today. Win the series Atlanta!

Reyes was going fine until the fourth and he just lost all control.
Hopefully Davies can have one of the games that he usually has against the Mets tonight. I don't want to be blown out on ESPN.

Davies has a great game and Andruw goes THREE FOR THREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIS AVERAGE SHOT UP TO .211!!!!!! He would get into a groove right before a 4 day break. Of course it was probably just Petco Park. Not sure why he's a better hitter there than anywhere else.
But in other news, I was positive Wickman was going to blow that game. That would have really killed us going into the break.

Bobby had to be grinding his teeth when Wickman was on the mound. Luckily we were able to close it out and win the series.
