3. Atlanta: The Braves will stick around like only they know how. Andruw Jones has picked it up so far in July and if he can get hot through the summer, the Braves will stay afloat. More importantly, how long will John Smoltz be shelved?

What a terrible projection. The Phillies finishing ahead of us? Good one. I believe we'll have the division lead by our next series with the Mets.

Still think we might need another vet in the rotation. But i could see things falling into place

I think the Braves and Mets will make this a two team race very soon with the Mets pulling away in the final 2-3 weeks of the season. The Braves just have too much of a talent gap to overcome.
