Should have been Woodward, IMO.

Well, I'd honestly rather have Thorman filling in taking home run swings that Julio.

Julio seems nice enough, so I hope he stays with the organization.

Julio got through waivers once, so there's no reason why he shouldn't again. I hope he does, and we option him to AAA and bring him up when the rosters go to 40 men in September.

What they should have done is got rid of woodward. We have plenty of guys who can play. If chipper is injured have escobar shift over, if escobar can't play there move Mark over to 3b and have thorman at 1b.

he'll pass through waivers again, we'll prolly send him to Richmond and call him up when roster expands. and I'd like to see him as a coach someday.

I would have liked to see Thorman go, but since he is out of options, letting Franco go is the best move. Hopefully we can pick him up again come September.
